Foreign-invested companies incorporation in Indonesia

Please prepare the required documents before proceeding to the next step:

Three options for a company name, as required by the Ministry of Law’s online system.

For Foreign Nationals Director: Clear scan or photograph of your passport that includes the following:
• The passport cover.
• The passport page with your photo and personal information.
• The passport page with your latest entry stamp (if applicable).
* Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from your intended departure date from Indonesia.

For Indonesian Director: Clear scan or photograph of your identification documents, including the following:
• Identity Card (KTP)
• Tax Identification Number (NPWP)

For Foreign Nationals Commisioner: Clear scan or photograph of your passport that includes the following:
• The passport cover.
• The passport page with your photo and personal information.
• The passport page with your latest entry stamp (if applicable).
* Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from your intended departure date from Indonesia.

For Indonesian Commisioner: Clear scan or photograph of your identification documents, including the following:
• Identity Card (KTP)
• Tax Identification Number (NPWP)

For Foreign Nationals Shareholder: Clear scan or photograph of your passport that includes the following:
• The passport cover.
• The passport page with your photo and personal information.
• The passport page with your latest entry stamp (if applicable).
* Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from your intended departure date from Indonesia.

For Indonesian Shareholder: Clear scan or photograph of your identification documents, including the following:
• Identity Card (KTP)
• Tax Identification Number (NPWP)

Clear scan or photograph of Legal documents for foreign company shareholders which includes:
• Articles of Association
• Certificate of Registration

Indonesian cellular number intended for Online Single Submission (OSS) registration, notary system, and Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) purposes.

If your office is not registered with Seven Stones Indonesia, please provide the following information:

Office Location
• Address: Complete address of the intended office.
• Google Map Coordinates: Coordinates for the office location.
• Office Layout: Floor plan of the intended office.

Clear scan or photograph of Building and Environmental Permits
• Building Permit (IMB): Construction permit for the office.
• Environmental Permit (UKL & UPL): Document for environmental compliance.

Clear scan or photograph of Agreement: Lease, purchase, or ownership document for the office.

If your office is not registered with Seven Stones Indonesia, please provide the following information:

Office Location
• Address: Complete address of the intended office.
• Google Map Coordinates: Coordinates for the office location.
• Office Layout: Floor plan of the intended office.

Clear scan or photograph of Building and Environmental Permits
