Purchasing a property in Indonesia should be a rewarding and relatively pleasant experience. It is a great investment opportunity after all. However, we understand that as the rules and regulations here are a bit different than what some might be used to, they can quickly become complicated and inconvenient to navigate. Especially if you’re new to the local real estate market and legal requirements here in Indonesia.

At Seven Stones Indonesia, we recognize that this is one of our expertise. We are a reputable and trusted one-stop corporate service, whose aim is to help you grow your business in Indonesia. One of our specialities, is of course real estate. We help buyers purchase properties, among other things, and we are here to help guide you through this journey, by simplifying what can sometimes be a complex process.

Are you looking to purchase property through Seven Stones Indonesia? Here are a few simple steps you can follow:

  1. Contact Us

As with anything in business, one needs first to make contact with their planned collaboration. We are available to be contacted through a range of different platforms, from phone, to email, website, or any of our socials. When you contact us at Seven Stones Indonesia, we will then discuss with you regarding the property you are looking for. This includes details such as location, size, preferred lifestyle, neighbourhood, and other specific requirements you might have.

  1. Meet Our Property Specialist

Once you’ve provided Seven Stones Indonesia with the general details of your desired purchase, or the types of property you’re looking for, we will connect you with one of our well-trained and experienced property consultants. We have real estate agents that are well-informed with their specific areas around Bali, depending on where you would like to purchase. Our real estate specialist will then arrange to meet with you and discuss your prerequisites and goals more in depth. They will take the time to understand what your preferences are, and could even as soon as the first meeting, provide you with a list of properties that match your criteria. With this, our specialists are also ready to arrange property viewings and discussions with the seller, to help you get a better sense of what’s on the market.

  1. Make an Offer

Once you’ve decided on a property that covers all your needs, our property specialist will help you make an offer to the seller. Our specialists are trained to provide you with the right guidance on how best to structure your offer and handle any negotiations that may come, on your behalf. We want to ensure you get the best possible deal.

  1. Due Diligence

After an acceptance of the offer, we at Seven Stones Indonesia are also available to help you conduct the due diligence required for your purchase. We want to make sure this process is as hassle-free as possible and leaves you feeling comfortable not just now, but for the future of your purchase too. We make sure that the property is free of any legal or structural issues that could cause any concern. At Seven Stones Indonesia, we have expertise not only to do a thorough inspection of the property itself, but also in reviewing any relevant documentation such as the title deed, building permits, zoning, and other details related to your specific property.

  1. Transfer of Ownership

Following the completion of the due diligence, and once all the legal requirements have been checked and approved, there is only one step left. With Seven Stones Indonesia, we also help you with the transfer of ownership of the property. We provide support in handling all the necessary paperwork and ensure that the transfer is done in accordance with local laws and regulations. We pride ourselves in providing guidance for long-term, worry-free solutions that last.

We know that the seemingly complex process of purchasing a property in Bali (or Indonesia in general), can put some people off, but with our help, we commit to making it a valuable and gratifying journey. From the first step to the last. Seven Stones Indonesia is equipped and enthusiastic to guide you every part of the way. We want to help you purchase your dream property, of course.
