IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All required documents must be received by the consultant before SLF process can begin.
  • As-built testing, surveys, investigations, analyses, data revision, and as-built drawings are all conducted by certified consultants and will be reviewed by the government. All methods of testing, investigation, and analysis are determined by the government.
  • The estimated time for completing the work is 20 to 24 weeks (equivalent to 5 to 6 months). After the initial payment is made, the building will be completed up to 90%. We will receive all required documents, and the finalization of the project will depend on the schedule of government assessments and visits as announced.
  • The issuance of SKRD from the government indicates that our work as consultants is 100% complete, and clients are obligated to pay the levy before the issuance of PBG-SLF by the government.
  • The price may be subject to change if, following our consultant’s site visit and survey, we discover data that differs from what the client initially provided. This includes variations in the building size or any disparities between the provided drawings and the actual on-site conditions. Furthermore, the items listed above represent the general pricing and work requirements mandatory for SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) processing. In the event that the government makes any changes beyond our control or if there are alterations to the work scope or pricing adjustments required, these matters can be discussed.
  • Any additional costs not outlined in the attached work details can be addressed through separate bid submissions. In the absence of an agreement that obstructs the PBG-SLF work process, such circumstances will be deemed a cancellation, and charges will still apply as per the terms of the agreement. It’s important to note that unilateral cancellation of work by the client during the work in progress will not result in a refund.
  • We are responsible for the completion of the work if the client can be consulted regarding the work process. Because in some cases, each land and design has different documents requested by the government, and the whole process is regulated by the government.
  • Other details can be formulated in other agreements if needed.
