On the 29th of January this year, PT Seven Stones Indonesia officially started a partnership agreement with Briix Financial Technology to explore and develop business in Bali’s property and real estate market.

Briix Financial Technology provides streamlined and transparent financing options for mortgages and to enhance property development projects. On the other hand, Seven Stones Indonesia is  a real estate agency in Bali that provides a range of high-quality property listings in prime locations.

“We are extremely excited about this relationship. Seven Stones have always been very open to partnership. And in this case, Briix brings finance to expats that want to invest in Bali’s property market,” says Terje H. Nilsen, CEO of Seven Stones Indonesia.

Briix Financial Technology is an integrated and regulated property investment firm from Australia. After entry to Indonesia, the Australian fintech platform has been approved by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK). They offer strategic upgrades to enhance value and amplify investment potentials. Briix Financial Technology is also a tech company providing state of the art apps for villa owners to see in real time all aspects of their villa financials and operations transparently.

Meanwhile, Seven Stones Indonesia was established in 2016 and supported by a large team who are experienced for more than 20 years in doing projects, marketing and selling properties in Bali. The company also provides legal and business consultations as well as tax and accounting services. With their high-level of expertise and integrity, Seven Stones Indonesia is confident that they will attract the right investors.

This strategic alliance opens new opportunities for foreigners to develop their real estate dreams in Bali. For the first time, non-Indonesians will be able to get access to the mortgage facility in this country. Terje H. Nilsen also mentions  that the strength of both Briix Financial Technology and Seven Stones Indonesia will add on more credibility to the market, create options and easier access for foreigners to finance or buy their properties, possibly reducing the drive for lease.

“I think, in the end this is a game changer for the industry and will lift the industry and investment to a new level,” Terje H. Nilsen added.
